Very happy with Free Flo’s annual boiler check up/service. Engineer was punctual, courteous and checked our system thoroughly as well as providing us with good advice going forward. Highly recommended.

They carry out annual safety checks for us, they have replaced boilers for us and have often gone to the rescue of our tenants when they have a boiler breakdown. The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

I was warned finding reliable tradesmen would be my biggest problem moving back to the UK. And that has largely been the case. However, Freeflo has been a breath of fresh air.
