I rang the company to see if they could have a look at our gas fire and was delighted to be given an appointment for the next day. The appointment was then confirmed by text, plus the following day was given updates on the time Andrew would come.
On arrival, he found the problem quickly, cleaned and checked it was lighting well. He was extremely helpful and also advised of the parts that would need to be replaced in the future if there was a problem. The service we received was brilliant and we have no hesitation in recommending the firm for their expertise and friendly
approach.We received a report online which itemized the job that was done and detail of the parts required if necessary in the future.

Excellent service. Joined recently on premium plan. Boiler serviced and required items replacing but Boiler still usable. Came the next day to complete the job. Reece the Engineer really good at what he does. Very impressed with Twinsun Heating. Highly recommend!
We recently moved into a property and wanted to book a boiler service. TwinSun responded to our request very quickly, and we were able to book the service for the following day. The engineer turned up on time and was polite and courteous. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely use the company for our annual services.
Reece came out on the same day and was very communicative and did a great job. The only reason I gave four stars was because the price I was quoted was lower than the price I paid - this was apparently inclusive of VAT. Otherwise, happy customer.
Phone answered quickly. Polite and businesslike; make follow up calls (if needed) when scheduled. Set appointments promptly, keep them to time and update when the engineer will arrive. Engineer (Reece) very pleasant and efficient. Work completed effectively with no mess or disruption. Very satisfied customer. If you want your work done properly and promptly I would recommend without hesitation.
