Hi … I met Frank and Jamie last week … these days it’s so hard to find a company you can trust .. I was at my wits end trying to find out where this water was coming from under my lounge floor.. a Damp Company .. A plumber and loads of different I contacted Sureflow and Frank came out on a Sunday to put a camera down the drains … found the problem and Tuesday it was sorted. I have used Frank and Jamie since and I would thoroughly recommend them … what a pair of stars !! I’d recommend them to anyone … plus I never knew when your buying a house they will do a drain survey ( which could save you a lot of money ) the survey is not expensive at all … I was shocked! So I would never buy a house without a drain survey …. And I’ve been around a long time .. so I would not hesitate to recommend this company … Salt of the Earth !! Thank you !!

Absolutely incredible service and lovely people who came. I had never met Jamie or Nick before and they came highly recommended and I now understand why! This Monday at 7 pm we had a changing room flood from the toilet at our voluntary club AOWC which was at the time packed from kids classes . A parent brought Todd from home and tried to sort but couldn’t and so recommended to contact them as he knew them. They came within an hour with lighting and camera equipment etc and tried to help fix it. It was unfortunately a collapsed drain which they showed me on the screen and by Wednesday they had been a fixed it all! Not only that they also did it at a massively reduced rate because they understood we are a voluntary group and so money can be tight! They honestly went above and beyond in helpfulness, honesty, transparency from showing me camera shots and videos to copies of material expenses to just being all round incredibly helpful. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough! Very professional. Fantastic price and all round lovely people! Would highly recommend
