Said is a very prompt and reliable professional who clearly takes pride in siung a good and through job. He had the rather difficult task of disconnecting an old boiler from a new shower where the previous plumbers had left a system full of silt that was repeatedly blocking the shower. He was efficient and prompt and very clear on the pricing of a range of new boilers that could be appropriate so there were no surprises and his labour costs were very reasonable. He was also very considerate in managing my elderly aunt who lives at the property concerned who can be confused by people coming and going. I can't recommend him highly enough.

J&L plumbers recently replaced the boiler and water softener at my home. They came promptly to inspect and gave reasonable quote. Kevin from Boiler Experts fixed my boiler today, even though his was extremely busy he took the time to call and came to my home. He is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. Although Kevin did fix my boiler the fan broke Kevin came over the day I called took the fan to get it refurbished, he picked it up for us and fitted it the next day. The service was second to none and he could have said you need a new fan but he didn’t!!!! His pricing is fair and if he can give you a good price he will without ripping you off like some traders do. Kevin kept in touch for a week after fitting the fan to make sure all was good. Great dealing with Andy. Saved my house from water damage after I inadvertently cut water pipes within cavity wall. Capped off safely then Andy replaced broken thermostatic mixer with easier to maintain bar mixer. Great communication throughout and fair price. I would recommend Andy to anyone.

This is the second time we work with Andrew within few years time, and he has been consistently great! This time our toilet cistern does not flush, contacted andrew and he came quickly and on time, identified the problem in the toilet cistern, and went out to buy the part, then fixed the toilet swiftly. I saw good reviews on line for D & R Drain Services, so I contacted them for an inspection of an issue with a drain at my property. I got a quick response and then spoke with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Two technicians visited the property, carried out the camera inspection, and fixed the issue. Both men were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. If I need any further drain work done, I would not hesitate to call D & R again.

We had Spencer from D&R Drain Services came over to change the gully out of our kitchen. He arrived on time, was polite, answered our questions and explained in details what he would do. The work itself was done quickly, in less than 3 hours, and very neatly. Spencer was careful not to break the concrete slabs around the gully and after he replaced the gully he put them back. He also removed all the rubbish. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend D&R Drain Services. In addition to the work being fast and of high quality we also paid less than the quotes from companies who would not even relay the concrete slabs afterwards.
