We have used Mark previously for my parents' boiler. This time it was our turn.There were a couple of issues to resolve and Mark took time to diagnose the issue and repair in the most cost-effective manner, without resorting to just changing parts and hoping for the best. Excellent service yet again and boiler working well at a very reasonable price. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mark for any boiler work that needs doing.
I am really impressed with his job. From the start to finish he was paying attention to details , He really knows what he is doing. The value for money was exceptional . If you are looking for reliable and professional boiler technician look no further than Mark .
We had an issue with our worcester boiler where we had to turn it off as was making odd noises and wasnt great as we have a young disabled chikd too.. I tried various avenues myself to try and fix and then other engineers whom I not get a response from. This then lead me to Mark / his reviews. Mark did respond and did come round even though was very busy. He diagnosed the fault and then returned and repaired the following evening as promised with a fari price. Heating and water have been fine since and Mark came across as open and honest and that's all you can ask for in my book. So based on my first experience with Uxbridge Boikers company I woukd use again and recommend them
