Darren absolutely saved my Boiler from imminent demise. Until he came I was on the verge of replacing my Boiler as a previous engineer suggested this, within 30 minutes Darren had the Hot Water back and working and also diagnosed the problem correctly. He definitely goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend.

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. I can't recommend him enough!

Abz is a great find, who did an excellent job installing our Nest Thermostat, as well as conducting a boiler service and gas safety check at the same time. We had a gas fire to be fitted and having looked at local gas safe registered engineers online this guy seemed the best, and what a lucky choice! I can only agree with previous reviews, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took good care in his work. Was kind enough to call by after I rang him this morning and fitted the fire for us the same day. Did a very professional job, taking the time to complete the installation fully even though an extra part was needed. I would certainly recommend.

We had a smart meter installed and it turned out that we have a gas leak, which left us without heating and hot water last week. I contacted Abz to see if he can fix this for us. He came on a short notice and did a spectacular job in what turned out to be a very complex and demanding job due to multiple leaks being identified and severe access issues. Abz is clearly a skilled gas engineer and can quickly identify problems and work efficiently towards solving them. Most importantly, he doesn't shy away from difficult jobs and truly cares. I am extremely grateful for the work he as done as he went above and beyond to make sure the gas is restored at our property as quickly as possible, which involved working on Friday evening or Sunday.

So happy with the service and definitely the work. Paul was super friendly, responsive and also a pro at what he does. He knew exactly what to do with just a picture of the 2 units I needed fitting. I booked them to fix no hot water problem on Sat. They took the job but cancelled a few hours later to go fix an emergency gas leek for another customer. I wasn't happy about that. I nevertheless hired them and they did a great job fixing the problem later. Professional, good communication, honest, and friendly.

We needed a new toilet install. The old one was a Joey and sprung a leak. Decided to invest long term with a Joey. Was quoted a very fair price compared to other plumbers for an entire toilet install or even a toilet rebuild. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joey. Amazing person and plumber.
