The repair was booked through Hometree. Haroon the gas engineer was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and professional, explaining everything that he was doing and why. He made as little mess as possible but in any case cleaned and tidied up at the end. If only all tradesmen were like this! Thanks again.

Rang yesterday evening (Saturday) to fix a boiler issue. Arranged to come out the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The gas engineer, Haroon, was very professional. Removed sludge, serviced the boiler (after another company had done half a job) and provided sound advice. Tidy, communicated well...will definitely keep his number to hand for the future.
