Great service from the ladies in the office. Sarah, Rachel and Naz, couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient. They gave me a 2 hour window as I was travelling up from London and everything went swimmingly. The plumbers called before, arrived on time, fixed the boiler. Really nice guys but I didn’t catch their names. Would highly recommend this company, so used to getting ‘computer says no’ approach from others, but it was great to have the human touch.

Tony came out to my daughter's apartment after he'd already had a full day after a cold snowy weekend. He did the job that was requested (new wireless Thermostat) and eliminated the problem that was causing her boiler to cut out and did a temporary fix to prevent this happening and now awaiting a revisit. I would recommend Tony and A + R Boilers, reception staff pleasant to deal with every time we called.

Very efficient service. Tony rung me within 15 mins of making the appointment, to gather as much detail as possible about the job. Great service from both Miles and Tony in identifying the issues with our boiler and helping to fix them and advise on next steps.

We have used Matt for numerous plumbing needs for a good few years. He has fitted and serviced boilers as well as sorting other plumbing issues such as broken taps. We have found him to be friendly, easy to contact, very reasonably priced, quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Matt did an amazing job at installing our gas central heating. It was a really complexed job and he turned up with a smile on his face, got it done so quickly and with no mess. Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had many jobs done previously, new boiler, plinth heaters and gas fire fixed etc. always reliable and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend A&M plumbing.

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Will definitely use him again and recommend to anyone that asks!

Aaron came to look at our leaking boiler, and after an initial assessment we needed a boiler replacement. All options were discussed and advised and once we decided which one we wanted, it was delivered and installed within a week. Excellent service 👌👌 would 100% recommend Aaron

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. You won’t go wrong using his service.

Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced! I’ve attached one of the radiators he installed today, thank you!

I was given a fixed price for parts and labour. Even though it took longer to resolve an issue with the replaced thermostat the price was fixed as per the quote. Friendly service, highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Bilal when he came to fix our boiler. Not only did he get the job done quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly. Very happy with the service. Had a plumbing problem on Sunday that needed immediate attention. It was only a matter of hours from my initial call to when a plumber arrived. He was fully prepared, having asked a few pertinent questions before arriving, and resolved the problem immediately. Really good communication from start to finish. Yes it’s not cheap, but in an emergency, needs must. Would use again.

I am more than satisfied to share my experience with All Home Repairs. The plumber turned up at the allotted time and fixed the issue within an hour. He had the spare parts with him so there’s none of this nonsense of popping out to get the parts and returning a few hours later. Highly recommended.
