I found Simon on Checkatrade following a fault on my old boiler. Simon came promptly and arrived when he said he would, through no fault of his own was unable to locate the fault (very old boiler). He was very informative as to what the issues could be and what the costs would be to carry out works to find the fault through a process of elimination. We also discussed the benefits of a new boiler. Without any pressure being applied we decided to opt for a new boiler. Simon gave us several options and left it with us to decide, which we did. Simon came back within two weeks and fit the new boiler with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone.
