I have started to use Smartheat this year, as my previous supplier has closed. I had a Boiler and Gas Fire serviced, and felt the engineer who came did a much more thorough inspection than I had seen previously. I did need some maintenance performed on the Boiler, and at the same time I had some repairs to two wash basins an also had a new tap fitted. I had a quote for all the work, apart from the labour charge for fitting the new tap. I was pleased with all the work undertaken, and the labour charge for fitting the new tap was less than I had expected. Overall so far I have been very pleased with the service given by Smartheat

We had two engineers from Smartheat Plumbing and Heating Ltd to investigate a mystery leak: the first expertly diagnosed the problem; and the second made a swift appointment to do the necessary work. We received excellent service: prompt, reliable and task-focussed - the plumbers were both friendly but just got on with the job and allowed us to get on with our lives while the work went on. The cost of the work was very reasonable, the problem was fixed, and the plumbers brought the tools and necessary accessories on their van, which saved a great deal of time. I was also impressed with the reception team, who you get to speak to straightaway (no calling a mobile to try to catch a plumber on another job) and who managed the two visits very smoothly. On the basis of this experience, I would definitely use this firm again.

Best plumbing experience in a long while. The plumber that came and fixed a problem that had bothered us every winter for the last few years.. He also did the jobs that my previous plumber couldn't be bothered to come and finish. I thoroughly recommend this company

Urgent repair to leaking hot water tank on 23rd December. Water pouring through the ceiling and no hot water over Christmas. No plumbers available it seemed! Contacted Smartheat Plumbing. No problem they said. Engineer with us by 14.00. Hot water tank leak repaired. Summery…efficient, helpful and professional. The only negative was the job was v expensive. But given the time of year and the urgency of the fix, we were happy to pay.
