Great shop. Great bloke. Friendliest and most helpful chap. I have no plans to "plumb" on a regular basis but when I do, this is the place I will be coming for my gear - You don't get this service online, B and Q etc. Old school customer service. Ismael is a fantastic help. Provides a very good and friendly service. Not knowing what I needed to buy for a small plumbing job, I went and explained what I needed to do, he gave me the parts and the job was a success. I was very happy
