MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

Outstanding Gas Boiler Installation Service I recently had a new gas boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my options and ensure I understood the installation process. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, by Josh and Stefan with great attention to detail. They left my home spotless, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The boiler is working perfectly, and I can already see the improvement in heating efficiency. What really stood out was the excellent customer care. We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys

I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! We can't thank him enough, after a long 4 years with our previous company we are so glad to have moved and found Chris and this company, we most certainly will be recommending others to us MCR Gas!

I have used ABH for the past 5 years who always delivered a great job at keeping my very tired boiler ticking on through winter. When it was time to upgrade my entire system I was always going to use ABH. Throughout the whole install and upgrade they were very professional, turned up exactly when they said they would and left the job very neat. They encountered many issues during the install but nothing was to much trouble with my wishes always at the forefront of their decisions, The quote was very reasonable and took time to return afterwards to ensure everything was well on our part. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I echo the positive words of the previous review by Mr Gwilliam. Tony took us through all the options from replacing our old boiler to buying a new one. Absolutely no pressure but just great advice. We decided to buy a new boiler. Tony kept us up to date all the way through the purchase and installation, and gave us great post installation service as well. He fitted us in to his diary at our most convenient time. He also came to see us late in the evening, understanding I generally don’t get home from work until late and so not around during the day to chat. We were blown away by how neat all the work was, and the clean up after installation was immaculate. We will use him again without a second thought, and would recommend him to you too. Thanks Tony.

Following a recommendation from another heating engineer I had a new Baxi Combi Boiler fitted by Tony in February 2017. The whole process from quote to fitting was accompanied by some of the best customer communication I have received from any company. Tony called or texted me at each point in the process and I felt fully informed and in control at all times. If you have experience of dealing with plumbers you will know that they can be unreliable and uncommunicative Tony was the opposite, he arrived as promised, calling me the day before the fitting to confirm & then on the day to give me an ETA. Subsequent to the fitting of the boiler & a replacement thermostatic radiator valve a small leak appeared on the valve connection, Tony arranged to return & corrected the problem again phoning me at each point in the process to keep me up to date. The result was a stress free process and I would like to thank Tony & AB plumbing for the professionalism of the service. I would recommend Tony Mr R Gwilliam

Had a tap hose burst under bathroom sink, called Lee told him we had been without water all nite (happened late the nite before) he arrived in under an hour, had the hoses on both taps out & replaced in less than 60 minutes and really reasonable price. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a great plumber. I bought a washing machine and had a bit of a disaster trying to install it all myself. Within three hours of calling Kirkby, I have a working washer and some new fitment under the sink, all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend, thank you 🙏🙏
