Outstanding. We called in the morning about a leaking, rusty old kitchen tap that had suddenly got worse, and received friendly, professional advice, and a choice of replacements. Rupert was with us that same afternoon, and without fuss replaced the tap with the splendid new one we'd chosen, then cleaned and tidied (and even improved) the area beneath the sink. I very much appreciated his friendly, helpful nature. I can't speak highly enough of these chaps.

Had problems with my boiler Paul came round next day to look at it, due to its age recommended installing a new one, gave a good quote and was able to fit me in the next day for install. Job done very professionally and left no mess would highly recommend.

Let down by another plumber for a new boiler 2 days before I was due to have my baby, one phone call to Paul and he was round our house within a matter of hours giving us a quote. He did the full thing all whilst I was in hospital and made sure it was all completely ready for when I returned home. No mess either, excellent communication. Can't recommend enough he's lovely!
