Spoke to Lee on Thursday night about a leaking radiator. He came on Friday morning sorted it out. Fast, prompt excellent service. Could not recommend highly enough.

We called LBP with a plumbing emergency, our bathroom had flooded due to a burst pipe. We turned off our water but subsquently this left use without water or toilet facilities. Lee kindly rescheduled some of his appointments so he could resolve the issue.Lee is professional, friendly and efficient. The burst basin pipe was was resolved and we also asked Lee if he could look at another problem with the toilet cistern, this issue was also resolved with the same efficiency.
