Mark is highly professional and competent. He installed a new boiler at our new house quickly and within the timeframe he promised. He explained what he was doing clearly. He advised us appropriately on which boiler to pick and got a good deal for us on the one we had chosen.

He worked out what was needed and promptly popped out to purchase a new shower (at a discount price) and replace our old broken one. He did a lovely, neat job and left no mess. Mark is polite, honest, experienced and extremely tidy.
