First class company. Have used these guys for small plumbing and heating jobs over the past three years, and more recently they've done a big job for us. Installing a new boiler has been on the list of things we need to do for a while, but the space we had for the boiler was awkward in size and difficult to install. Gary spent time with me, asked lots of good questions and provided me with recommendations around how we solve our radiator and boiler issue. Over three days, Gary and the team installed a new boiler and moved a bunch of pipes around. They also installed and removed radiators and did a full handover and demonstrated the new thermostat for me. They were punctual, tidy and helpful throughout. The price was also around £3k cheaper that British Gas, so I'm delighted with these guys once again. Honestly, great firm.

We've recently moved into a new home and had a number of plumbing issues. We contacted Copthorne Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of a family member and can't have been more pleased with the service. Each of the team that we dealt with were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and tidy. We will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

We had a problem with our downstairs lavatory which decided to stop flushing properly. I called Gary Palmer from Copthorne Plumbing & Heating who sent out one of his great team to help. I am very pleased to say that our lavatory was soon fixed and very reasonably priced too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary and his team for any plumbing and heating requirements.

Very happy with new boiler installation, job done in time frame, Mark also found a time to change for me extra three radiators due to my recent injury. I supposed to do it. Every day he was on time, Mark was giving me heads up all the time what going to do, when, what time he be coming following day so great communication, all old components been cleared and taken away, all warranties, paperwork's has been done by Mark, very nice and polite guy, you can talk with him about anything, same time very focused on tasks, he fixed and replaced old leaking washers on central heating draining pipe,

I was very pleased with the Magna Cleanse. Tim the heating engineer knew what he was doing. I was amazed how much gunge there was in our radiators. Now all our rads are hot within 10 mins. And they are all hot, before one was hot others not so hot and one like warm. Wish I had done it before, before we used to pray for a mild winter !. Would recommend getting it done. Will definitely use Denver again.

Scott came round to install our dishwasher which was super fast! Realised we didn't have any heating or hot water and fixed it as well. Didn't have to wait for another appointment. George arrived on schedule. carried out boiler service quickly and efficiently. Checked all the safety items and cleaned the condensate drain filter. This has never been looked at by any service engineer before. Very friendly and efficient. Well done

I was recommended Denver Services, by one of my neighbours. They initially came round to do a service on our boiler, which we have had for many years. We knew the boiler was extremely old and I asked Denver Services for a quotation for a new boiler and to replace the ancillary equipment related to the heating and hot water. A quotation was provided which was satisfactory and they were booked in accordingly. The engineer arrived on site on time with all the correct equipment and basically cracked on with the job. Extremely polite, extremely professional and he certainly knew what he was doing. The system upon installation was fully tested with everything working satisfactorily. After everything was cleared up, and all the old equipment and packaging taken away, he showed me how the timer system worked and that was all set up and configured correctly, has been perfect ever since. I just wish we did this five + years ago. Great job done and I can comfortably recommend Denver Services.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THOROUGH, NO MESS - 100 STARS Darren at Greenwood Heating did a Fantastic job today.....I had a blockage on my system, preventing the hot towel rails working. Amazing really, he has such true skills and is ever so polite and pinpointed the problem with ease....... and explained what he was doing and how to prevent further problems. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL Indeed, so pleased am I ..... that he is going to fit a new system in my son's house in Warnham. I have absolute confidence in him and his sons, one of which I have met before at my next door neighbours who had a completely new system fitted from top to bottom [6/7 bedroom house] and they are delighted too. .....and so a BIG Thank you Darren, you are the best for sure.

We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. We had Dom & Zak working on this and throughout they were excellent - always keeping us updated and making us feel comfortable in our own home. Darren and his lovely team are always so professional, super clean, tidy and respectful! I had Greenwood Heating come and give my new boiler it's first annual service in Reigate. Engineer arrived on time (in fact early), he was polite, friendly and carried out the service in an efficient and timely manner. I have had Greenwood Heating out several times for two different boilers - they are the first company that has actually serviced my boiler properly - previous services (British Gas amongst others) included a visual inspection and signing a bit of paper (I knew nothing about what should happen during a service) - Greenwood heating actually serviced the boilers, showed me what needed doing and explained everything, emptied condensation trays, emptied and cleaned out the black filter (can't remember what it's called) - when fixes have been needed they are all at a reasonable cost and so are services on the boiler - I would never ever use anyone else - thank you Greenwood heating!

Great service from Proline Drains to fix a blockage. Came out within 2 hours of calling and Dan was very quick to get everything resolved and gave us some great advice on how to fix the problem in future. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Would highly recommend Proline Drainage. We had an issue with toilets in the house not working one evening, called these guys, they arrived 8am the following morning. Issues all fixed within an hour. I recommend Proline Drainage. We booked a camera survey of our drains and it was a positive, straightforward experience from the first phone call to completion of the job. Neil had a thorough look at all the different inlets to the drain, answered all our questions and was pleasant to deal with throughout. I would. definitely use them again.

If these guys are in your area don't hesitate to call them when you get drain problems. I spent more than 2 days replacing pipework, using drain unblock stuff with no result. I spoke to Dean at Proline Drainage to come out to help. He actually suggested it they could come in the day if would be much cheaper, which I agreed too. Arranging a visit & at Deans suggestion, when I finished work, they would come. That advice saved me £70+vat, compared to an emergency call out. Arrived in time, very respectful of property & within 30 minute ago clear, tested and I ( & my wife) very happy customers. I will not hesitate myself to call them again in the future. 5 star service 👍

I found AceFlow Plumbing online after none of the other recommendations I had been offered picked up the phone. It was a Sunday morning at 9 am. Dan from AceFlow Plumbing picked up, and talked me through how to deal with the leak and if I could wait, could come the next day by 8 am. Sure enough, he turned up exactly on time, fixed the issue and helped me with a number of other things, including recommendations for dealing with other problems, all for a fair price. I feel very pleased to have found them, as I personally value reliability and trustworthiness very highly, and AceFlow Plumbing provided that in this instance.
