Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now.
We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us.
They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget.
They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished.
Communication is great, and invoicing is clear.
My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company now.

Adam visited my home to give me some very useful advice after a plumbing emergency. Joe and Adam later completed several bits of work, advising me of the best options. The work was completed to a high standard and I'd have no hesitation in using them again. Bev as well was very helpful throughout.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.
