Excellent communication and Service
All communication with the staff was excellent. Regular updates on progress. I was told by another plumbing company that my boiler flue was too close to the window and a flue for that boiler was not available and that I would need a new boiler. Contacted Rudkin & Herbert, sent over a few pictures of the boiler and the flue. They got back to me with a quote for replacing the flue. Work was carried out on time and provided with a new Gas Safety Certificate :)

We recently had a new bathroom and walk in shower fitted by Rudkin and Herbert who did a fantastic job. Rob was very helpful in the planning and overseeing of the whole project. We had a lot of work that was carried out, Simon the plumber had great product knowledge and went through everything with us from start to finish and also kept us updated each day. Carl who carried out the carpentry works did an excellent job, also many thanks to Spencer, Jazz and all others involved.
We would recommend Rudkin and Herbert to anyone who is looking for a new bathroom.

Excellent work from Rudkin and Herbert. Paul installed two radiators and left the place perfectly clean. Good lad to chat to as well, filled with friendly advise and very professional. Communication with the office has been straight forward as well.

I am very happy with the fitting of a new bathroom and boiler, great expertise from all staff, plumbers, carpenters and electricians, and a pleasure to deal with the boss Ian who has
kept me informed throughout and prepared the quotes and layout
of the bathroom.Cant wait for Ian to commence the kitchen refit
and would recommend this business to anyone requiring top class plumbers who where all a pleasure to get to know and always
tidied up afterwards.Thank-you on behalf of my son Connor.

So happy with my new boiler,radiator and shower. Jason was a totally great guy and very professional and patient when explaining things. I left Jason to it, and couldn't believe how much work he had got through when I got home from work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for every member of staff involved from start to finish.
