I can't recommend Joe from Manchester enough! From the moment I contacted Zodiac, the customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that fit my busy schedule. When the plumber arrived, he was not only on time but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently, and he made sure to clean up afterward, leaving my home just as he found it. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

I was in a sticky situation having come home from hospital with a newborn baby and only one radiator working. British Gas came out under our homecare cover and diagnosed that it was the pipes that were blocked somewhere and they would all need replacing at a cost of £1700. I called a few local numbers who said they would get back to me before not bothering. I then called Ryan who said that he would come round tomorrow at 12 to have a look. True to his word Ryan arrived, had a look at what was wrong, managed to find the problem pipe and fit me in around other work the next day to sort it, charging less than a fifth of what British Gas wanted. Ryan will be the first person I call should I have heating problems the next time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

We had Adam some time ago to fit a radiator in our conservatory. Did a good job at a reasonable price and cleaned up when finished. Called him out this week to fix a leak from our boiler. Came when he said he would, fixed leak and then got out Hive thermostat working again. I would always contact Adam for plumbing work as I trust him to do a proper job and he's a decent bloke.

Adam has been fantastic from the get-go! Survey - He arrived at my property to complete a survey, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Adam listened to what kind of boiler I wanted and got me a quote a few days later outlining all the parts and details. Installation – During installation Adam arrived right on time and literally just got on with the work, by midday my cylinder tank and old boiler was out, and the new boiler was fitted. There were some problems along the way as the hot water supply was cut off during install but Adam stayed longer than usual to figure out a way in the evening and tackle the problem head on in the morning. All he managed to get the hot water pipe all sorted and fitted the next morning which saved me having my floorboards ripped up as recently had new carpets put down. Aftercare – Adam was very careful and considerate when working in the property. He kept everything tidy and made sure no mess was left behind. He was even so kind enough to do a bit a joinery work and added some new boards to where my cylinder tank sat and boarded up some areas of pipework for me which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend Adam to carry out any Gas & Plumbing work! He has been amazing! You will be my go-to guy for any gas work/servicing/plumbing.

From the outset this was really good: getting the quote was simple, as was agreeing it via the website. The engineer [Lewis] appeared on time and was quick to diagnose the problem and offer a couple of solutions. Having agreed the course of action, the work was completed worth no mess, noise or fuss. *****service, highly recommended - No hot water or heating so I called Gibson who sent 2 engineers before 4pm on the same day. Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day. Price was more than reasonable and both engineers were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced! I wanted to get my boiler (old Worcester 28CDi) changed and thankfully Tom was able to come over to remove and fit a new one. It’s an old house, so everything that could go wrong, did but he was unphased throughout, stayed positive and committed to getting the job done well. I couldn’t have asked for better and we’re now enjoying the warmth and hot water that’s guaranteed, rather than wondering when the old one would finally give out. Tom was punctual, kept me updated throughout and above all, has done a great job. I’ll definitely be calling him again when needed and would highly recommend.
