Great service from the ladies in the office. Sarah, Rachel and Naz, couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient. They gave me a 2 hour window as I was travelling up from London and everything went swimmingly. The plumbers called before, arrived on time, fixed the boiler. Really nice guys but I didn’t catch their names. Would highly recommend this company, so used to getting ‘computer says no’ approach from others, but it was great to have the human touch.

Tony came out to my daughter's apartment after he'd already had a full day after a cold snowy weekend. He did the job that was requested (new wireless Thermostat) and eliminated the problem that was causing her boiler to cut out and did a temporary fix to prevent this happening and now awaiting a revisit. I would recommend Tony and A + R Boilers, reception staff pleasant to deal with every time we called.

Excellent service all around! I had a water tank fall off the wall creating multiple leaks. I called up and was put through to Tony. I sent a few pictures of the issue and Tony got back to me with a plan of action and a good quote. Tony sent Ali to complete the task. He was very polite, talked me through the job and did excellent work to a high standard. I would 100% recommend A+R central heating!

My boiler wasn't working, no heating and no hot water for several days. The plumber from a previous company couldn't fix the problem quickly due to a delay in getting a part.my daughter recommended I contact Manchester plumbing & Heating (Sale) who advised me what I should do next to get my boiler fixed quickly. I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. This guy is a legend! Just had a new Baxi combi boiler fitted by Mark & to say I’m happy is an understatement ! Took a chance going off google reviews . At every stage I have been impressed …. Initial contact , arrived promptly ( early ) to quote , fantastic communication , flexible on finding a fitting date & arrived on that date ..work carried out clean & neat , covering my stair carpet with no prompting & protecting my bathroom sink . The boiler space is quite a challenge in a tight fitting cupboard but Mark managed this and cleanly did the outside brick work too . All was cleaned up well . He explained the working of the boiler & warranty etc . A very competing price & I would not hesitate to use Mark’s reliable service again . Beyond the call of duty , he also picked up my second hand purchase of a patio table which I couldn’t fit in my car , and placed it in my garden for me . A thoroughly lovely human being .

Dave took my old Electric Emmersion Heater out and fitted a new Gas Multipoint Water Heater, he then took my Bath out and fitted a Shower Tray and Wall Panels where the Bath had been and then a Mixer Shower. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Phoned Dave on Wednesday, sent him a picture of my Dad's broken bathroom sink tap (not an emergency) and he came out an hour later as my Dad is a pensioner and sorted it with a new stainless steel tap. Dave also came back and fitted new bath and kitchen taps (all Top quality and very reasonable price) Top job, highly recommended. Thank you so much, very happy customer

Jack attended as planned for Removal/Replacement of 1 large radiator, leaking taps, removal of leaking bathroom old taps/fitting of new taps. Clean efficient, knowledgeable, polite and more to the point Jacks honesty is highly commendable as I thought that I required new radiators but Jack reassured me that it was a simple task of bleeding the remaining radiators. Any other plumber I am sure would have seized the opportunity to take advantage of my plumbing ignorance. You are a credit to your profession Jack !. Many thanks Linda.

Chose this guy after reading the reviews and so glad I did. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable engineer. Called Dominic to see if he could look at our boiler as we have been having problems for a while now. Was thinking maybe a new boiler. Dominic came out later that evening and had a look. Told us what was wrong and actually had the part we needed. He ended up doing the repair and serviced the boiler whilst he was here. Saved us a fortune too. Will definitely use him again.

I can't recommend Dom highly enough! From the very first meeting, he was incredibly honest and clear about everything, which put me at ease straight away. Throughout the whole bathroom renovation, he was meticulous in his work, with a real attention to detail that I wouldn't have noticed myself. He's a really hard worker too, and always arrived exactly on time (which is a rarity these days!). His knowledge of plumbing is top-notch, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had in a friendly and approachable way. Thanks to Dom, my bathroom looks amazing – and it was a pleasure to have him do the work!

Fantastic service! Could not recommend highly enough. We asked Dominic if he could service our boiler and replace our shower. Dominic was able to fit us in and gave us a really fair and competitive estimate for the job. Dominic was fantastic, informing us about the changes and work he had carried out and how to operate the settings of the boiler and shower. At no point did the work seem rushed and unlike British Gas, he didn't try to sell us a new boiler. Above all else Dominic is a thoroughly decent bloke who you can trust to give you a fair price and quality workmanship.
