Last night was freezing cold. The heating packed up and water was dripping from the boiler. I sent Paul a text hoping he could fix it the following day. Within half an hour he came round at 8p.m. He fixed it and only charged me for the parts he used. No call out or labour charge because he had serviced it only a month earlier. Can't beat that for service!
