Excellent service all around! I had a water tank fall off the wall creating multiple leaks. I called up and was put through to Tony. I sent a few pictures of the issue and Tony got back to me with a plan of action and a good quote. Tony sent Ali to complete the task. He was very polite, talked me through the job and did excellent work to a high standard. I would 100% recommend A+R central heating!

Very efficient service. Tony rung me within 15 mins of making the appointment, to gather as much detail as possible about the job. Great service from both Miles and Tony in identifying the issues with our boiler and helping to fix them and advise on next steps.

Great service from the ladies in the office. Sarah, Rachel and Naz, couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient. They gave me a 2 hour window as I was travelling up from London and everything went swimmingly. The plumbers called before, arrived on time, fixed the boiler. Really nice guys but I didn’t catch their names. Would highly recommend this company, so used to getting ‘computer says no’ approach from others, but it was great to have the human touch.

Tony came out to my daughter's apartment after he'd already had a full day after a cold snowy weekend. He did the job that was requested (new wireless Thermostat) and eliminated the problem that was causing her boiler to cut out and did a temporary fix to prevent this happening and now awaiting a revisit. I would recommend Tony and A + R Boilers, reception staff pleasant to deal with every time we called.

Had my boiler serviced today by Myles, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He’s knowledgeable, organised, and friendly—genuinely cares about his work and made sure everything was spot on before he left. Highly recommend AR for anyone.
