I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! We can't thank him enough, after a long 4 years with our previous company we are so glad to have moved and found Chris and this company, we most certainly will be recommending others to us MCR Gas!

MCR Gas were very helpful in the lead up to our boiler replacement. The customer service was excellent and quick. The engineers who came to fit the boiler were great and stayed till the job was done. It’s little things aswell like taking their shoes off when going upstairs which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend MCR gas to anyone 10/10

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys
