We used the services of Mayfly Group. They did an amazing job. Very easy to work with. Really conscious of social distancing. They took great care to make sure that the radiators were well looked after, kept all areas clean and protected our floors and walls - not easy when one of the radiators weighed over 250KG!. We would highly recommend Grant Gundelfinger Karen and team for and boiler, plumbing and pipe work. Superb job!
Karen at Mayfly recently resolved an emergency situation with our ancient heating system. Karen acted swiftly, and was thorough and diligent in her approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Mayfly for any issues requiring a heating engineer.
Absolutely brilliant, I would recommend to anybody without hesitation. We had an ongoing issue with our heating, and many people had tried to fix it unsuccessfully. On Grant's first visit, he was able to identify and fix the problem. From this it was clear that his knowledge and understanding was far better than anyone we had dealt with previously.
Fast forward a couple of years, and we decided the time was right to get a new heating installation. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the installation they carried out, and it is clear that a lot of time and effort went into making sure every detail was just right. Not only have they addressed many design flaws in our original system, they have installed something that is much warmer and more efficient than what we had previously.
It is also worth mentioning that Grant, Karen and the team were a pleasure to have on site during the installation. They took great care in the house and made sure everything was tidy at the end of each day. Honestly, some things were cleaner when they left than before they started!
Excellent service everytime. Very reliable and always keep me up to date with progress of work. Feel they are very genuine and helpful. Feel i can trust them to give me honest advice and what is best for the customer. Thank you to the team.
I highly recommend Mayfly Group Ltd. Karen did an amazing job, she was on time, explained everything that I needed to know regarding our boiler check. Dec 2024 update - have been using Karen the last few years, she has at times come on very short notice and always does a professional job with very reasonable prices.
