Many thanks to Boiler Cover Experts who contacted me in advance of the annual boiler service due date to arrange the visit. Steve arrived on the day and carried out the service. He was extremely pleasant, informed me as to the boiler status and left leaving no mess.

I've been with BCE for almost 3 years. In that time I've had 2 boiler services, 2 radiators installed and a toilet repaired. Each time Steve turned up on time and did an excellent job. Sherry did a couple of plumbing jobs for me this morning. She turned up exactly when she said she would, was very thorough with everything and communicated well and is also a really nice person. What a star! Sherry arrived minutes after we spoke about the job, to fix two taps and a radiator, but I also found a leak in the kitchen, which she rapidly diagnosed and repaired. Then when a major air lock arose, she was unflappable, and showed great ingenuity in curing it. This was the first time I had called on Sherry, and I won't be calling anyone else now - she takes real pride in her work, and does it supremely well !

Highly Recommended! Having been let down by two heating engineers and with no hot water for nearly 3 weeks, Dan was the third engineer to look at our boiler – one engineer thought it was one thing but wasn’t sure, the next diagnosed another part but then decided it wasn’t that and didn’t return. Dan came out the following day, spent time methodically working out what the problem was and unprompted diagnosed one event had caused two parts to fail (both parts the previous engineers had diagnosed between them) and explained why. Dan re-assured me that the labour wasn’t going to be too much as both parts were relatively quick to replace, it was just going to be the parts that would be the bulk of the bill. Dan duly ordered the parts and came back two days later, the day the parts arrived at the supplier and fitted both. Result – everything worked (and still works months later)! Thanks Dan!

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Joe called today and fixed my outside pipe which had burst due to the weather conditions, very efficient and quick and also very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again, thanks Joe

I contacted Brunton Brothers on the recommendation of several family members who'd had a great experience with the team, to arrange a service on our boiler and inspection of two gas fireplaces which hadn't been used since we'd moved in our house. Dan and Chris came to do a 'mini' bathroom conversion for us. We wanted to change our bath (second photo) to a shower+bath combi (first photo). It's a small job that I struggled to find anyone to do for. A lot of people I contacted either did not bother to reply to my call/message, or promised a quote but never turned up. Dan gave the best price among all quotes I had, and came on a Sunday to finish the job to a high standard. Really pleased with their work and they are very nice chaps too!
