Fantastic experience working with Ray and the team. We discovered that our septic tank was too high compared to a loo in a new downstairs extension very late in our build. We were panicking about what to do but as soon as we got in touch with Ray he talked us through all the options, helped us choose the right solution and guided us through the necessary steps with building control. He offered so much support and advice. We can't thank him enough. When he and the team came to install, they worked amazingly quickly. We are delighted with the service. Highly recommended.

Had a new gully and rest bend installed ready to move my soil stack outside. Ray and his team were here quick and did a brilliant job, and turned up exactly on time and they’re all nice lads. The work required taking up my concrete pressed drive, but they patched it back up and you can’t tell any work was done. We had a small problem with the way the concrete dried which wasn’t their fault, and they were back straight away to fix it. Can’t fault them, would use again for sure.

Extremely prompt in replying to my enquiry. The 2 guys were friendly and so helpful. The drain was unblocked in no time leaving the property clean and tidy. Very please with the service and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
