We had an excellent experience with Bilal when he came to fix our boiler. Not only did he get the job done quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly. He provided great advice on how to maintain the system going forward, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend him for any plumbing or heating needs!

Great service and kindly came out on the weekend and the boiler was fixed within a day which is especially important as the weather is getting colder. Very professional fast service would recommend. :)

Forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago but I’ve used Bilal a few times for emergency leaks. He is super fast, kind and professional and sorted the issue straight away. Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced! I’ve attached one of the radiators he installed today, thank you!

I was given a fixed price for parts and labour. Even though it took longer to resolve an issue with the replaced thermostat the price was fixed as per the quote. Friendly service, highly recommended.
