Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Excellent from start to finish, job ran smoothly.The lads , Danny and John were polite , friendly and courteous. The bath and shower top class work, and new taps for Belfast sink are perfect tradional sturdy and swish. The leak detection took less than 5mins and fixed next day. Sam in the office kept me informed and was always available. Punctual and efficient and young and enthusiastic. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to this company for their excellent service from start to finish! We were really struggling to get a plumber to carry out the repair on the leaking, old stop tap in our cellar and with no way of turning the water off from outside! Other companies thought it was too risky to attempt a pipe freeze repair on a lead pipe. The water leakage was getting worse and after spending many hours on the phone over several days to both United utilities for advice and to 12 other plumbers, this company was our lucky number 13! This was the only company I contacted, that confirmed that they would be able to carry out the repair work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service. Thank you so much once again!

Had a complete boiler replacement a month ago. The quote was competitive and was for a Worcester condensing boiler which came with an 8 year warranty. The workmanship was great. The engineer took the time to explain the controls to me in detail and gave advice on maintaining the pressure etc. The warranty was registered so I didn't need to fill in any paperwork. A few weeks later, my toilet broke so I rang for a plumber. Again, great service. Plumber arrived promptly and fixed the problem. Price wasn't too scary either. Recommend this company. Very friendly and helpful and do a great job at a reasonable price.
