Tenacity plumbing and heating . I recommend if you need work doing urgently . Chris came to our rescue when the boiler broke down unexpectedly he was polite prompt and gave advice . We had to wait a day for Chris to get the parts needed for the job but he was back the next morning sorting the problem.. This is the second time I've had work done by Chris and will definitely consider him again for any more work needed. I would rate 4 and half star ⭐ for the slight wait but that really is minor . Thankfully boiler up and running in time for winter. Prices are competitive.

Asked Chris to add a new radiator to our central heating system and replace a second radiator. Advice given by him was first class. He arrived when promised, did the work to an excellent standard and excelled at cleaning up any mess. First class. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I found Chris on checkatrade when my boiler needed a service. Chris was quick to respond, got us booked in quickly. On the day, he was very polite, answered any questions I had, was really helpful and did a great job. I would use Chris again next year when it's next due it's service, thank you!

I had a problem with our boiler and Chris responded very quickly and carried out checks and informed us of the outcome. We proceeded to purchase a new boiler and Chris installed it and we haven't had any problems. Chris' work is nothing short of 5 stars. I contacted him last year to have an old gas fire removed and a new radiator put it - this was complete and the work was exceptional - had no issues, he tidied up and left all as it was before. Then, yesterday I had a small gas leak. I contact Chris and he said he was on a job and would be there later. He turned up at the time he said he would and quickly found the leak and rectified it as needed (This was on a Sunday evening). I'm very happy with what he did and will be calling on his services as and when needed. Thanks Chris.
