Brilliant, friendly service and extremely happy with quality of work

After struggling to find a plumber, Jordan came recommended by a friend. He messaged to confirm date and time, and did a brilliant job sorting out a tricky issue with our boiling water tap! Would definitely recommend!

I came across Jordan in one of the local Facebook groups and was able to get my boiler booked in for a service fast. Jordan is very polite and friendly. He did a great job, was tidy and efficient. He kindly walked me through the work he’d done and gave me advice where I needed it. He does a wide range of jobs and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for heating or plumbing services

Jordan is a true gentleman and great to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for him. He fitted our new boiler at the agreed date and time, did a wonderful job and left it all neat and tidy. And all at a very competitive price. This was a very pleasant experience for me and I can highly recommend him.

Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

Simon and the team are always really professional and provide excellent service at a fair price. I've used them in 2 different houses now and really rate their service. As a woman alone in the house I've always felt at ease with their team.

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was helpful and efficient, and I was provided with reports from my service. I was incredibly happy with the service i received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.
