I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

I have used MYTR Projects for my last two plumbing jobs as I had been let down previously by another company. My experience (on a full bathroom refit and also a boiler fault) has been excellent. Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

Hasan provided a really good service, Hasan did two jobs for me, one was to identify a leak and fit a new bath in at my mothers, which was done quickly and efficiently; He noticed some bad workmanship from a previous job straight away. And the other was to fix a faulty tap at my house. Hasan is a decent young lad who is honest and hardworking, he is technically sound. I would thoroughly recommend his company.

Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. GPC Plumbing converted a bathroom into a shower room and utility room for me, including installing hot water cylinder. They did a great job from the first contact all the way through to completion. I called GPC on a Saturday morning, to ask if they could come out to investigate why my gas fire wouldn't light. They rang back later that afternoon & arranged for their engineer to attend on Thursday afternoon,They did say were busy & gave me a slot of between 3-5. The engineer arrived at 5.30 & apologised for being late but other jobs had taken longer than planned. He tested the gas fire,carried out a test on the chimney breast in the loft, then stripped everything out of the fire & discovered it was covered in rubble & dust & all the jets were blocked. He cleaned everything out of the fire & out of the gas jets,got it all working again, rebuilt it all, carried out another smoke test & was happy that the fire & flue were working as they should. He was very polite,professional & made no mess at all considering how bad it was at back of my fire,he covered the carpet with a large sheet & vacuumed everything up that had come out of the fire. Great service & work carried out. Will be glad to recommend this company to anyone who needs quality workmanship carrying out.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Vantage Drain Services to address a stubborn clog in drain , and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Their knowledge and expertise were truly impressive, and they quickly identified the root cause of the blockage. The equipment they used was top-notch, and they were able to clear the clog efficiently without causing any damage to my pipes. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they also took the time to explain the preventive measures I could take to avoid future blockages. We had a major exterior sewage leak due to blocked pipes (wet wipes!!!!) on a Friday. Johnny was able to come round within 2 hours of me calling and managed to clear the immediate problem within an hour. He then came back on the next working day (he offered to come on the weekend) and analysed the rest of the pipes around the house with a camera and cleared a bigger issue as well as advising on the state of the pipes. It wasn’t an easy job due to a fused drain lid but he pushed on till he did the job. I’d definitely use him again and would 100% recommend him to anyone who has an issue with drains. He has my full confidence.

This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.
