Got in touch with Jamie over the Christmas period over a blocked waste pipe drain causing two slow draining toilets! He was quick to get back to me and even managed to squeeze me in the next day. He finished the job quickly and professionally and I am happy with the results! Was doing a call round plumbers this morning, and they were the first to reply. Immediately said they could help this afternoon, really helpful and friendly. The 2 guys who turned up were fab, took about 30 minutes and it was all done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I rang Jamie for help with a blocked drain and he came the same day. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Was interested enough with my problem to take time to suggest alternatives, if it looked like just unblocking the drain was not enough. However all was well. He charge is very competitive and he will definitely be the first man to call if I have another problem.

Silverback Plumbing was recommended to us through a friend when we bought our house. After first inspection our boiler was in a worse state than we originally thought and needed a lot of TLC. Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. I felt so out of my depth with all this work but Chris made it so easy, explained everything and answered all my (probably silly) questions. Thank you ☺️

Thank you very much Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing four your great work. We have an emergency at home. None of my nearest plumbers could come to fix it. Silverback came straight away and gave us a cheap solution but we decided to refurbish the whole bathroom. The started the next day and everything was done in a week, including new shower plate, screen, sink, toilet, taps, walls, ceiling, lights, shelves mirror and towel rack. Ben is a great person, plumber and electrician. He worked really well and fast. I really recommend Silverback and sister company First Call Plumbing.

Matt and Mike have just finished our bathroom and we are really pleased with the result. They have made a fabulous job of it. Matt is very professional in providing the quote and helping with design suggestions/solutions. They both pay great attention to detail, Matt with the plumbing and Mike with the tiling. They left the job very tidy every evening, which made it easier to live with during the process. The job was completed on time at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Terry enough. We had a disaster with my mother in laws house in Doncaster. There was water pouring from the ceiling after a burst pipe and we couldn’t find anybody to help. Terry immediately stopped what he was doing and went straight to the property to contain the damage. He turned water off, drained the whole property, fixed the pipe and removed all the rubbish!! We were overwhelmed by his genuine desire to help us and his absolute professionalism. Service like that is hard to find these days. His work was impeccable and he went through ver and above to help us

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen, which was quite a tricky situation due to where the pipe was located. Terry came out promptly and handled the job with great professionalism. What a great bloke Terry is and what a great job he did in sorting out my outside tap which would not turn off. Came and got it sorted at short notice and despite getting soaked was very professional, positive and friendly. Did a great job and will definitely use him again when the need arises. Had an issue with our boiler, contacted T shaw plumbing who arrived when he said he would within a couple of days ordered the part for the boiler and returned at the weekend to fix and service. While doing this he also found a gas leak and fixed this for us as well . Amazing service, reliable and honest will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using for any future plumbing issues.

When you have a gas leak on one of the coldest Sundays of the year. Tom came out within half and hour, found the gas leak and replaced the old copper pipes. Fabulous service, highly recommended. Would not hesitate to contact again.

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. I had a new Worcestershire boiler fitted today Heath and his son were very good, they made sure all my carpets were protected before starting work. I mentioned that my pipes under the boiler was not lag , and heaths son sorted it , my old pipes didn’t line up for new boiler so he cut and made good the pipe work , under the floor so the pipes looked nice and tidy under my new boiler. Heath set my hive stat up , explained everything it does till I understood , I would recommend Sykes plumbing and heating to anyone who’s wanting a new boiler.Thanks again lads , I never known my heating and hot water come on so fast . I love also how I can control my heating in house or away from my home. They left my house nice and clean when they had finished their work. Lovely to see farther and son working so good together . Could not recommend Sykes Gas & Limited enough. We contacted Jamie to arrange the capping off, removal of a redundant gas fire, and a boiler service. Jamie quickly identified we had an unknown gas leak, and unfortunately had to temporarily condemn the system for our safety. Jamie took time to discuss all options and advise the most practical, and budget accommodating options for us. He had jobs booked for the next few weeks, but did his utmost to accommodate us with a young family, and went the extra mile by returning the next weekend to install a new gas feed to our boiler, and carrying out the boiler service. All workmanship was of a high standard, and will definitely return to them for any future work we require.
