Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

Excellent service! Kris was very knowledgeable and professional and responded to our initial query very quickly, identified the problems with our old boiler straight away and explained everything. He came out a few days later to fit our new boiler and fitting ran smoothly. Overall really happy with the service provided and would highly recommend!

Amazing! Needed a new boiler, Kris came out and quoted same day, excellent price and fitted me in. Turned out I had a gas leak in my property so wasn't an easy job. Kris was brilliant throughout, kept me informed and finally made my house safe with hot water and heating. I cannot recommend his services enough. Had a plumbing issue and needed a plumber asap! Decided to look local as we have been ripped off in the past and wanted someone we could trust. My details were passed onto Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful, he kept me up to date as to when he would be able to get to me. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. The finished job was way above my expectations, nothing phased Paul and Matt. At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy, I highly recommend Beau Plumbing & Tiling.

In reply to Robert Eva's revue, my Father was called by the gentleman on a Sunday, his Mother lived 12 miles away on the other side of Huddersfield, no surprise that he couldn't go out at a minutes notice. If only we were all hanging at the back of the telephone?

Andrew installed a new boiler and shower set for me last summer after advising me on poor water heating and flow to an upstairs shower. He gave me a quote for a number of boilers at different budgets and no pressure was applied to choose one over another. He did an excellent and prompt installation, giving information during the process. Shower now working brilliantly! Also came out at short notice a few days ago to sort out a frozen condensate pipe and got the heating going again. Great local service, would highly recommend.

Tom has just completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us and we’re really pleased with the results. His attention to detail is second to none. The high standard of finish to his work is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and communicated all his plans really well with us. He was always here when he said he would and he was very tidy whilst he worked. The contractors he commissioned for tiling, electrical work and plastering were equally high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask him for any other plumbing work or to recommend him to friends and family. Mike repaired leaky toilet & fitted new radiator, all done promptly and efficiently. Recommended.

Date arranged and Mike turned up punctual first thing in the morning, all bathroom supplies delivered promptly. Day 1 for Mike was to remove my boiler housed in an old airing cupboard in the bathroom, Boiler was moved into my spare bedroom, after that Mike ripped out my old Bathroom prepped walls floors, lowered my ceiling etc ready for my new bathroom.... Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, The work took just over a week which I thought was really good considering the first couple of days involved moving my boiler out of my bathroom to another bedroom, there was some disruption but that's to be expected having a new bathroom fitted, however I didn't mind at the end I was getting my new bathroom. On completion the bathroom is stunning At all times Mike was in touch by phone while I went out to work. Mike concentrated on my Bathroom the whole time, nothing was too much trouble. Everyday the mess was kept to a minimum cleaning up as he went, On completion I have a stunning new bathroom the Tiling is second to none so impressed with the Tiling.....Mike takes pride in his work and his professionalism really shows...
