Fantastic service from Simons team, my elderly mums boiler broke when the cold weather started, he managed to get someone there the same day and fix it. I will be using them again if needs and would highly recommend. Cheers guys

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

They were great! My old boiler broke 1 week before Christmas with 2 young kiddies in the house. I couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly, but they moved their schedules round and even worked late so they could come fit a new boiler the next day. Really friendly service too. Can’t thank them enough for sorting it so quickly!

Chris came round this morning to look at a leaky radiator, explained throughly the problem and went above and beyond. Was a great help also just explaining things for future use. I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Amazing! Needed a new boiler, Kris came out and quoted same day, excellent price and fitted me in. Turned out I had a gas leak in my property so wasn't an easy job. Kris was brilliant throughout, kept me informed and finally made my house safe with hot water and heating. I cannot recommend his services enough. He's a top bloke, who takes a huge amount of pride in his work which is worthy. Highly recommend and already passed his details on to friends and family. Excellent service! Kris was very knowledgeable and professional and responded to our initial query very quickly, identified the problems with our old boiler straight away and explained everything. Had to have a new boiler after my 17 year old one was on its last legs and asked for recommendations on my local FB page. These guys came out top. No hard sell on which boiler to have. Appointments, Quotes and invoices all sent via email. Honest advice was given about boilers and which to choose for best warranty etc. They arranged fitting round my work schedule, turned up on time. Lee and his son did a fantastic job replacing my old boiler with a combi one. They estimated taking 2 days but with the hard work they put in on day 1 they only needed to do half a day to complete on the 2nd day (and this included spending 3.5 hours locating my central heating pump on day one!!). I trusted them so much I left them a key on the first day to lock up as I was going out. It was a lovely surprise to come home to find out they had fully cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend these guys, they go over and above for the Customer

The whole team at Peak Heating have been amazing. As part of our project to replace the roof at the centre we have had to move gas pipes. The team at peak heating came out at short notice and provided a quote over the Christmas Period, then completed the work just after Christmas in a timely and professional manner, working around the needs of the centre. We could not have asked for more.
