Jordan has done two different jobs for me and was extremely reliable, prompt efficient and tidy on both jobs. He saved me money by not doing unnecessary work and advising me of the most cost effective solutions. I would recommend Jordan for any plumbing work.

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.

Paul and his guys did an amazing job changing the boiler and all the radiators in our house. Very professional, as always. We have been working with them for several years now, mostly for gas safeties certificates. And the experience has always been excellent. Recommended!

I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. Josh approached this with huge patience, taking great care to ensure there was no damage caused and communicated throughout to keep me in the picture. What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

Did an excellent high standard job when we had an en-suite bathroom fitted. Just over a year later we had a very minor (not urgent) leak at the shower controls. They responded and fixed the problem within a couple of hours! Excellent service and quality yet again.

I was struggling to get a plumber out to fix a leaking toilet. I called H D Plumbing & Heating who said they would be there within the hour. HD Plumbing & Heating came to my rescue when my boiler broke down. Phoned them and explained problem, they came straight over and diagnosed the problem, they sourced the parts needed and repaired my boiler and did a service on the boiler and checked everything was safe and working as it should. The guys were professional and very friendly and the price was very reasonable.
