Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! He has a great eye for detail too which made all the difference with some of the aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend him and already have !

Luke was a pleasure to deal with, worked hard and did a fantastic job, corrected the plumbing the previous cowboy did and got us a good tiler and discount on shower first class work and dose not cut corners

Luke and his team fitted a new Worcester Bosch combination boiler with remote temperature access at my house in Leeds in mid-February 2021 (it has taken me a few months to get round to writing this). My initial inquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Luke. The job itself was excellent. They arrived on time and were finished by late afternoon, despite a lot of work needed, with a minimum of fuss and disruption. They pride themselves on doing a good job and quality service and it shows. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend Luke and his team.

Luke came to move a radiator. His communication regarding arrival times was fantastic. The work he carried out was to a fantastic level, rhe room was left clean and tired out once he'd finished, he even fixed the loose floorboard for me!! Would definitely recommend and will be using him again.

Luke fitted our new bathroom as well as sorting out problems with the central heating boiler and replacing the radiators throughout the house. Very reliable and professional - he did a really good job and we would definitely recommend.

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Needed a replacement tap, that was broke in the kitchen, called and came in a couple of hours, 20 minutes later, we had a working tap again. Very polite and good work. Price was good too. Very recommended.

Alex has done two jobs for us now - he is fantastic and would highly recommend. Always turns up on time and let's us know when he is on his way. Excellent skills - we are planning to have some work done on our bathroom and will definitely asking Alex to do to it for us!

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Communication was great throughout, he was on time and reliable on both occasions and we find him really friendly and easy to get on with. Alex arrived very promptly when we had an emergency water leak from our shower. He dealt with the problem very effectively and in a totally professional manner, in the two visits we had from him. I'm very happy to recommend him and we'll definitely use him again in the future when needed.

Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. The lovely thing was the contact between us was spot on and honest. He turned up on time, did what he said he’d do and charged us really reasonably. Can’t thank you enough!

Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Dan came out promptly to assess the issue and when it came to fixing it, went above and beyond to make sure it was done to a high standard. It was really reassuring to have someone complete the work who was so meticulous in ensuring it was done right. Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

The service is superb! Thank you so much. Our boiler stopped working and we were freezing and also with no hot water. It was very difficult to find a service who responds so quickly and 24 hours. But with perseverance in googling...we found DAB-Plumbing services. Dave was busy with another client when we rang him for help but he still managed to help us by sending emergency action via video and it was very helpful. The service did not stop there even though our boiler was already working; he came the next day to ensure our boiler was properly working. The price is also very reasonable. I am a landlord. Dave has been doing plumbing and heating job for me. My tenants and I have found him reliable, patient and very helpful. He is always “on it”. He is very approachable.
