Just had my Boiler serviced by Tony and am extremely pleased I found him. I have a Worcester Bosch Combi and found Tony on the Worcester website as he is on their list of approved engineers. He actually carried the service as specified by WB and replaced the PRV which was faulty and causing the boiler to loose pressure. I’d had the boiler serviced previously a couple of years ago but it’s obvious it wasn’t the full service as the Seals were faulty the Heat Exchanger hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was tempted to take up the Homeserve cover which also includes a free service but it’s clear it wouldn’t have been anywhere as thorough. Tony will now be my go to person for any Heating or Plumbing issues

Very friendly and courteous, fast work and very good quality, neat and clean, the estimate was the most cost effective and creativity by Tony to work out alternative ways to run the waste pipe were impressive.

Another great job from Tony, have used his services previously for routine boiler servicing, replacement shower and fitment of a water softener - this time was a complete replacement boiler for a new combi system and yet again he has surpassed expectations with the standard and efficiency of his work. Highly recommended.
Tony and Jenny are a dream team, reassuringly busy but always on hand to support their customers with emergency call outs at short notice. Thank you for all you do.
