Lee responded to an emergency call-out to a major water leak which needed real detective work to find the source of it. He is a first class plumber who really goes the extra mile to complete what was a tricky job. Clearly very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He keeps you informed at every stage. I can highly recommend Lee and would not use anyone else.

I called Igas Heating and Plumbing out of hours for an emergency boiler breakdown, after calling several other companies in Thanet who advertised themselves as "24 hour emergency callout".. Only one of which who replied and attended my house one hour late after given me a specified appointment time. After 10 minutes he advised me that I needed a new boiler. (my boiler is only six years old and has been serviced every year.) He then charged me £100 for his visit....I wasn't satisfied with his diagnosis and decided to make more enquiries ..fortunately my next call was to Lee at Igas Heating and Plumbing.. He attended within an hour as he said he would. (It was now 9pm)..He was thorough in testing the boiler for fault and explained everything he was doing and why, even with my limited knowledge of boilers he proved and showed me that the fault with my boiler was the fan... He ordered the part there and then via his supplier to be picked up the very next morning.. He arrived at 10am the next morning and fitted the fan within 30 minutes.. "Hey presto" the boiler was fixed.. He did not charge any call out charge for his visit the previous evening!!!..His price for the job including the fan was not only reasonable, but he didn't expect me to pay there and then, he said I will invoice you in the next couple of days. His honest and good nature was such a breath of fresh air and reassuring that there are still are reliable, honest, knowledgeable tradesmen that believe that customer service comes before money!.. Will not use anyone else in future!.. Thank you again Lee!

Lee came out on a Sunday evening as an emergency for a leaking boiler that had died to turn off the gas.He then helped me to navigate fitting a new boiler and thermostat system in a short space of time and went above and beyond to fit it quickly for me. He's very knowledgeable, has great attention to detail and is honest, reliable and explained everything to me thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Can wholeheartedly recommend Lee from IGas. He is very professional as well as fairly priced. Always looks for the most cost effective solution which I'm sure is crucial to most. He's been phenomenal recently when one of my tenants had a broken boiler, he was very quick to come out and managed to find the cause of the problem as well as a solution.
