Billy was very professional, courteous but more importantly very prompt. Phoned him up yesterday late afternoon whilst he was on a boiler install, told him about the issue, landed at my door the following morning (now that’s 5 star service in my eyes, especially this time of the year when business is booming due to boiler breakdowns, but nevertheless he came the following morning) solved the issue within the hour and heating was back on. My grandparents had an issue with their electric boiler. Rang BMA and a very nice engineer turned up called Billy. He diagnosed the pump fault quickly and told my grandparents he would ring the following day with a quote. He came the following day and fixed the fault.
