Update:
E&S plumbing has done it again. Going above and beyond. I contacted them this morning stating I had an error code on my boiler. (Coldest night for a while -6 degrees). Turns out the condenser down pipe was frozen.
Eddie visited us within the hour and unblocked the pipe.
At no charge.
Super fast response.
Friendly as always.

They persevered with our difficult job and came out on top. Cleaned up and organised for removal of the old scrap boiler. Talked us through how to use it and left us with a smile on our faces.
