Highly Recommended! Having been let down by two heating engineers and with no hot water for nearly 3 weeks, Dan was the third engineer to look at our boiler – one engineer thought it was one thing but wasn’t sure, the next diagnosed another part but then decided it wasn’t that and didn’t return. Dan came out the following day, spent time methodically working out what the problem was and unprompted diagnosed one event had caused two parts to fail (both parts the previous engineers had diagnosed between them) and explained why. Dan re-assured me that the labour wasn’t going to be too much as both parts were relatively quick to replace, it was just going to be the parts that would be the bulk of the bill. Dan duly ordered the parts and came back two days later, the day the parts arrived at the supplier and fitted both. Result – everything worked (and still works months later)! Thanks Dan!

Dan is the best heating engineer I’ve ever used. In fact, I’d probably go as far as to say he’s one of the best tradespeople I’ve ever used. He’s reliable, polite, efficient, knowledgeable and his prices are very competitive in my opinion. I’d have no issues recommending him to anyone requiring a heating engineer.
