I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.

First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. I will only be recommending Craig to others going forward.

Craig has done a few jobs for me and my wife and we are both impressed with his work and reliability. Today I had a problem with the water supply and I rang for his help. What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

Matt recently fitted a boiler for us. He gave us a quote with a few different options, we went with the Ideal Vogue Max. His prices were reasonable and his workmanship was very good. We had been having issue with dropping pressure but all these issues are now gone. I would highly recommend Matt (I already have to someone!) and will definitely call him for any further plumbing and heating work.

From the outset this was really good: getting the quote was simple, as was agreeing it via the website. The engineer [Lewis] appeared on time and was quick to diagnose the problem and offer a couple of solutions. Having agreed the course of action, the work was completed worth no mess, noise or fuss. *****service, highly recommended - No hot water or heating so I called Gibson who sent 2 engineers before 4pm on the same day. Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day. Price was more than reasonable and both engineers were very polite, friendly and helpful.
