Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Not only did I find them to be very professional, clean and tidy in their work I also found them to be very helpful in guiding me to what would work best for me. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Already saving for my next job

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.

Superb service! Called at 2.45pm with problem with boiler, at 3.30pm Dom n Jacob came and fitted a new filter for me. All fitted and completed by 4pm! Reasonably priced too! They were both professional yet friendly and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they had been! Definitely highly recommend this company!

C & J plumbing fitted me in 6 days before Christmas to fit a new boiler as we were desperate. Lovely guys and so efficient, friendly and professional. They fitted our boiler in our previous house and did all our servicing. Would never use anyone else. They are an amazing team and I can’t praise them enough for literally saving us so close to Christmas when they are probably flat out. Fair prices for the job too. Outstanding. We called in the morning about a leaking, rusty old kitchen tap that had suddenly got worse, and received friendly, professional advice, and a choice of replacements. Rupert was with us that same afternoon, and without fuss replaced the tap with the splendid new one we'd chosen, then cleaned and tidied (and even improved) the area beneath the sink. I very much appreciated his friendly, helpful nature. I can't speak highly enough of these chaps.

Let down by another plumber for a new boiler 2 days before I was due to have my baby, one phone call to Paul and he was round our house within a matter of hours giving us a quote. He did the full thing all whilst I was in hospital and made sure it was all completely ready for when I returned home. No mess either, excellent communication. Can't recommend enough he's lovely!
