Absolutely fantastic service by Callum. From the moment he arrived he had a smile on his face and by the time he left we had a smile on our face. Callum was really helpful unlike previous engineers we have had from different companies. He changed the thermostat went through it all and now the boiler is working perfect. Lovely lad did a great job
