Carl came to repair a leaking toilet and was able to go a step further advising on another contributing issue that needs looking into. 3 reasons I'd recommend and use Carl again Communication - clearly sets expectations both timing and price Respect - Carl offered to take his shoes off without asking Genuine - doesn't make any false promises like I've experienced with some other trades people
