Chivers Plumbing has been amazing! They not only did a great job but every interaction I had with them, whether via WhatsApp, email or over the phone, they have been incredibly helpful and genuine in their approach. I felt like I was dealing with a company who cared. They also took consideration to my individual circumstance for which I can't thank them enough. I recently had a walk-in shower fitted by Chivers. The company earned 5 stars every step of the way. Quick response, excellent communication from all the staff. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jake, the main fitter for the project, Jay, who measured up and gave advice as well as assisting Jake and John Chivers who worked with Jake installing shower boards.. The completed job exceeded my expectation and I was completed on time and on budget. They all worked hard, were courteous and left no mess behind. Highly recommended this firm. They were on time, very polite and worked very hard installing 5 radiators in one day. They did a great job of putting the radiators in and were very tidy and left no mess. Before they left they made sure everything was back on and the radiators were all working properly. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Chivers received a phonecall from my landlord this afternoon & they sent Tommy who dealt with the issue within an hour of the phonecall. The engineer was polite, explained everything and was attentive.
