I initially got in touch with Lloyd ( auto response ) due to ongoing electrical issues with my work van. He came out to me to do the work and had it sorted immediately and explained everything in terms I could understand ( not being a car guy ) so from then on I knew he would always be my auto electrician. 2 days later my van broke down completely ( due to age ) and because I'd recently used Lloyd i called him for help as he knew my predicament due to it being a works van. And even though it was Christmas and a busy period for everyone, he made time to fit me in and fit me a new alternator which he'd already diagnosed for me on the way home from work one day as a favour. Anyway, van works perfect and as a man who is self employed himself and know how much reviews count, I'm so happy to leave a 5* review here. The reviews speak for themselves.
