My grandparents had an issue with their electric boiler. Rang BMA and a very nice engineer turned up called Billy. He diagnosed the pump fault quickly and told my grandparents he would ring the following day with a quote. He came the following day and fixed the fault. He was very polite, efficient, honest and wanted to fix the fault. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks from Kath and Alan from Moorside.

My boiler decided to starts leaking before Christmas, but I found recommendation online for B M A plumbing, all the reviews reflect how reliable the company is. I called, and got an answer straight away. He responded in few hours and fixed my boiler the next day. He was very informative and knew what he was doing. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Jonny and his team have carried out a number of jobs for us now, including a boiler replacement at home and repairs/servicing on our rental property. First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

I contacted AJ Marsden to upgrade my elderly relatives boiler. Having used them myself at my previous address I knew I could rely on them. Andy, Dean and their team did a top job upgrading a very old boiler to a brand new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. From point of contact and initial survey all the way through to completion they did a fantastic job. They worked hard to get the new boiler working the same day to ensure my relatives had heating and hot water. ***** Review for Mat, Jack and Luke. I called for a quote which was easy and after a photos and a chat with Mat, suitable price was agreed and Mat pulled out all the stops to install for quickly. On the day of install Jack and Luke arrived and were great lads, very polite courteous and professional and started the work. Installed in a day and system commissioned, and house left clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away. Would recommend JIL Gas Services for any heating needs. They did a great job
