We found CDRoberts through Google. I have to say this has been a complete breeze of fresh air to the previous company we’ve been using. Can’t praise David enough. We asked David if he could service our boiler. He is punctual, keeping us up-to-date via messages/emails and sending reminders if necessary, very professional, efficient, very clean and tidy. He’s very passionate about what he’s doing and is eager to explain what he will be doing and what needs to be done. Quote / Payment process also very easy. We would highly recommend his services .

Josh worked quickly and cleanly for my elderly parents and identified the water leak and damp problems to be rectified. Paul came and replaced our 25 year old boiler and radiators, our heating would come on when the hot water heated up so during the summer it was horrific. Before he did any work he helped explain exactly what he was doing and made sure I fully understood why he had to do something. He also replaced our stop tap valve which had completely seized which I wasn't aware of. Paul did an outstanding job from start to finish and its made a dramatic improvement to the house. I was very happy with his professional standards and pride he took in everything he did. I will be using Paul indefinitely for boiler services as he did such a fantastic job. I cannot praise Paul enough for his work and I hope this review gets you more work because I am thoroughly pleased with what you did. Outstanding job, 10/10.

Our boiler broke unexpectedly and Paul from Protec came out the next day to repair it. He was very friendly and very efficient, he explained to me what he had done and got our boiler back up and running very quickly. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. Paul installed our boiler 2 years ago and has serviced it annually since. Always professional and easy to talk to. He was recommended to me by my sister and we've both recently recommended to my mum when she had issues with the heating over Christmas. 5 stars.

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

The guys from Davies plumbing and heating did a fantastic job of fitting my new radiators . It was a really tricky job having to drill through the cellar and under the floors. everything was left neat and tidy. and I am so much warmer and happier. Thanks so much for the great service.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days.
