Ollie came to my house to repair a split waste pipe the same day as I rang up. He was very efficient and friendly and I will definitely be using Clear Flow Plumbing and Heating again if I have any problems.
Fantastic tradesman, near radiator fitted, and toilet cistern...worked quickly efficiently and tidied up after himself. Great price. And respectful towards me as a lobe female I appreciate that
I don't often leave a review but Ollie was great & such good service. Really helpful, good advice when I wasn't sure what was right for my bathroom, kitchen & clockroom issues, great communication, very professional manner & tidied up after himself. Have already recommended to a couple of neighbours since this morning & wouldn't hesitate to contact again for any plumbing work.
I waited 36 hours for an emergency call out to no avail. It was then I decided to look up a heating and plumbing group and the first number I called was Clear Flow, I couldn’t believe my luck when an engineer arrived within half hour and got my heating back on . The engineer Oliver treated me with politeness and respect. I would recommend Clear Flow to all my friends and family , a brilliant and prompt service.
Our immersion heater packed up so posted the job out that evening, Ollie reached out and came out the next morning to take a look, popped out quickly to grab the part that he needed and came straight back to fit it. Great, quick service and would recommend to anyone! Thank you!
